apclAnnapurna Power Company Private Limited (APCPL) is a hydropower project development company established with the objective of developing, building, and operating hydroelectric projects in Nepal. APCPL is currently developing Upper Madi-0 Khola Hydropower Project (UMHP) with an installed capacity of 43 MW in Madi Khola in the Madi Rural Municipality of Kaski District, Gandaki Province. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the company and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) had been concluded on a take-or-pay basis for the project. The total energy generated by the project is expected to be approximately 270.971 GWh per year and the power generated from the project shall be evacuated to Lekhnath Substation. The Required Commercial Operation Date of the project is on 15 July 2027.
