Avasar Equity Diversified Fund (the “Fund”), a close-ended private equity fund established under the Specialized Investment Fund Regulation, 2019, was registered with Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 13th January 2023 (29th Poush 2079). The Fund’s investment and its operation is managed by the Fund Manager - Avasar Equity Limited (AEL). The Fund Manager is licensed by SEBON under the Specialized Investment Fund Regulation, 2019. The Fund had raised NPR 4,561,671,000 for 4,561,671 units of face value NPR 1,000 each. The Fund Manager had subscribed to 100,000 units of the Fund, sponsors have subscribed to a total of 3,500,000 units, and the remaining 961,671 units were subscribed to by other eligible investors.
