The Third Annual Meeting of Unitholders of Avasar Equity Diversified Fund (the Fund) is going to be held on 11th Mangsir, 2082 (27th November 2025), Thursday at Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur, 11:00 AM onward to discuss and resolve on the agendas stated below:

1. Discuss and review of audit report along with financial statements of FY 2081/082 including statement of financial position as of 32 Ashad 2082, statement of profit or loss for the period ending 32 Ashad 2082, cash flow statement of the same period, notes to the accounts and schedules forming the part of financial statement.
2. Discuss and review the Fund's investment activities.
3. To elect a member of Board of the Fund from amongst non-sponsor unitholders.
4. To delegate authority to sign the minute of the proceedings of the meeting.
